Question around immigration.?
My daughter mother was 18 when she came her from mexico. This was surrounded by 2001. Now its 2008 and I going to throw in facts to see if you all can help me. She come over here with american step-father and mexican mother in 2001. she has 16 year hoary sister, sister was granted citizenship, daughters mother wasn't. 2003 daughter mother got married, had a child within 2004, but got separated in 2006 and divorced in 2007. I know she have passport from 2001-2011, but i never saw any type of visa or i-94 with her. She has w-7, but when i met her she was using a bogus ssn. Why would you do this if you already have w-7 number. I felt bad for her in the commencement because she was stuck like chuck(just a saying). Step-father thought she would get married and spanking new husband would pay for paperwork. But 1st husband never did nothing. I mean nought, she cant even get drivers license. I thought about marrying her but I love my daughter impressively much, but this woman turned out to be a nightmare. I couldn't marry someone who was spoiled. Stepfather has great income where his mexican wife don't enjoy to work. My daughters mother thinks they same way. You were fitting when you gave her $100.00 but it was abuse if you didn't make a contribution her anything. Well were not together anymore and step-father was mad at me for first 3 months because she have to move back in with him. But he told me he know how his step-daughter was after the fact. I pay child support to my daughter mother and her first daughters father pays also. Im going through a custody combat which will end shortly with 50-50 joint custody and i still enjoy to pay child support because she can't work. Well wont work because i feel nothing is valid but her passport. Still i buy my daughter everything she requests and mother will blow money like crazy still I have accepted that. With immigration, her passport could be fitting, but I know for a fact she new had an i94. She have no paper trail. In court my lawyer asked her why cant she get drivers license, her ans be, people say I cant. So my question is, what is w-7 is it valid, i know passport is devout, but what about visa, you cant get 10 year visa without going vertebrae to home country for a month or 2.

If she was using an illegal Social Security Number, she was committing a HUGE crime and will not be granted (and should not) any type of citizenship. You requirement to focus on your daughter and taking care of her, not this woman.
yes, like the first person who answered your ask, if they find out that she did that, she'll go to jail, and get deported after that, and i know for a certainty that you can get either an ID/driver's licence with a passport, i know some one that did that.
