Does anyone know in the region of immigration law?

If a man was deported from the United States back to Mexico for 10 years, does that mean he cant bring his papers through marriage? He has a child in the United States as ably. Or would he have to wait until the 10 years are up?

yes, it means that.after the 10 yrs. he wishes several appointments at the american embassy where he lives.every appointment costs maybe 130 dollars.they will evaluate the case and utter what is next.
