Student Visa extension Refused?
hi my student visa extions was refused for the following reasons contained by 2007:
paragraph 62 with references to 60 (V), (iv).(ii)and 57(viii), (vii),(ii) & (vi) of HC 395 (as amended)
i am getting married in another 2 months and my would be is within UK. can i apply for a dependant visa?

Your Student Visa case is separate from your getting married. You would-be can file for your immigration at the British Embassy after you get married contained by India. Why would you want to complicate the case by becoming a dependent ?
