Will a Embassy check the previous rejection cause,
if my Visa is rejected for one Embassy because of my back ground, Can i apply to another Embassy with different fund ground.

no that would be fraud and if caught you can be banned from ever getting a visa.and yes the embassies are conected so they can and will find you out.
Did you get in your time tool and go back so you could NOT do what you had done to get hold of rejected?
If not, you are SOL.
