Returning to america....will he seize arrested?

My husband is irish and I am american. We have been in ireland for 4 years and in a minute we want to return to america, but he has warrents for his arrest, and left america in big debt.
would he know how to get back in? would he be arrested at airport? whats the worst that could surface?
Answers:
They would probably figure out when he get his pasport. If he already has a passport, the sooner or later they would figure out anyway. hopefully he would, especially for the warrant. dui...no wonder why you two ran to ireland. come back when he's ready to frontage the music.
More than likley he will be arrested on his arrival at the airport.

There are a number of people (including business men) who have be arrested on their return for as little as an old parking ticket! Also, the American Customs have been smaller quantity than proffesional as was seen on the Paranarma programe (channel 4 I think)

The USA now checks every flight manifest for relatives coming into the USA both domestic and foreign. They also run these manifests against database's with lists of the 'wanted'

I would speak to the embassey surrounded by London or Ireland and as for advice.. It may be better to pay back everything that is to say owed why you are in Ireland and look at returning when everything has been sattisfied..

Seek some lawful help if I was you.

Good luck.

Sean
He will likely be arrested and he should be for what he's done. Please tell him to never come backbone to my country. Oh brother, just stay there! Ireland isn't so bad.... better than prison.
The worst that can happen is that he is arrested at the airport. He could also be denied entry to the US. He may already have judgment against him. His assets could be seized.

You picked a winner, there.
He will most likely be arrested at customs. Leaving the country to avoid prosecution is another crime. As far as the debt is concerned depending on the state the statute of limitations be either suspended when he left or it restart from the beginning when he returns. Either passageway he still has a big debt (he can not leave the US to avoid civil or criminal actions against him) He might be contained by trouble because of arrest warrants but alot depends on what was the crime for arrest warrants. but should not verbs about debt statue of limitation is 4 yrs in most states should not be a problem.
Consult an attorney formerly landing in USA
I assume he could be arrested at the airport. For the outstanding warrents. Best bet would to not come back. well they will probley just stop at ur residency if u hold one ut if u register one they will come knocking they wont get u at the air port not similar to in the movies
Please tell him to stay in Ireland he is a convict and he will be arrested immediately. He is on our list!
you betcha..!
