How to win Canadian passport if citizenship card be destroyed?
my Canadian citizenship card was destroyed, but i still have the certificate that contains my number can i still get hold of a Canadian passport(or temporary passport) in emergency situation(if need to travel out of country fast)?
p.s. I wasn't born surrounded by Canada and don't have canadian birth certificate

All you enjoy to do is apply for a replacement card. Once you have it, apply for your passport.
Assuming you are surrounded by Canada, call the call centre and explain the situation. You may enjoy to pay for another card, but since you still have the paperwork proving you are a citizen, you should not have any troubles.
