Yes, it is.
Its amazingly strict. Otherwise there would be lots of foreign people living there. The country have one of the highest standards of living in the world. But in lay down to move there you need to know german, italian, or french. Preferably german. I also want to move there when I grow up because I own been there and it is a very nice and verbs country.
