I live surrounded by Canada and I plan to marry a DR citizen. What do I stipulation to know and do to generate it legally recognized contained by Canada?
We will marry in the DR. Eventually I want to bring him back here. Can I do that while the immigration paperwork is in progress? It take so long and why is paperwork for DR done in Haiti?

It helps to speed the paperwork up if you set aside a small bribe to the official in Haiti.
Put $50 in the newspaper work and say I'll bet it you $50 that it takes more than 2 weeks to complete the paperwork!
