"administrative process" snag after green card interview of parent of US citizen?
All documents and fees were sent to NVC office directly. however, My father took the green card interview in Chennai, india second May. He was given blue form and asked to send inlocal passport office police learance. He submitted that along next to his passport and fees within 3 days. No response yet from US embassy in Chennai. adjectives they say is its under administrative processing. How long will they take befor returning his passport near green card papers?

However, if it's been over a month already, conceivably your father should ask for his passport back while they're trying to figure it all out.
