I want to move from england to the US?
I went to Florida once a few years back and ever since I left I required to move out there. I'm sick of things here and really fancy a new life. I want to move as soon as I can / as soon as I can afford to and when I am a bit elder. I'm 17 now so maybe this dream will pass but if it don't is here anything I could do now to prepare? I'd love to buy my first house out there and move

As an American in America, the post market is pretty tight . Get an education first. Get you education where on earth you are. I'm sure it's cheaper.
You involve a good job lined up and be prepared to pay cheque 30% of what you earn each year to the government and the state in taxes and such. Northern Florida have spring breakers each year and is easier to move inland from if there is a big storm. Source(s): North Carolina, Colorado, and Georgia are all booming states near jobs and projected economic growth.
You are very immature, and the idea of it might sound great to you, but if you are serious, it comes at a price.
First of all, come out here for a month and receive sure you really want to. It was 96 degrees outside today, and being English, I couldn't stand it. And summer solely just started.
I got an attorney that is working my valise to become an American. It is blood boilingly expensive, but I had to get one as I don't want to be deported. When you come here, you have 90 days to run home. Once your 90 days are up, you are considered an overstay or an alien. What this means is that they can deport you if they find you- but they don't really look for you, so just keep out of trouble! (i.e. working and not paying taxes.) Then you wallet for citizenship. If you are lucky, this will take about 90 days. There is a green card lottery, but don't hold your breath. If you can get a card whilst still contained by England, then that is the best thing. One item I found out is that just because America and England are allies, it doesn't make it easier to get contained by.
People think that the best thing to get is a green card- it's not. The entry you need is an t.i.n. number- it is a social security number that lets you work, capture a driving licence and buy property. (Amazingly, the only people that are allowed to drive in Florida are ones that hold a Floridian licence. All people on fly drive holidays are illegal. My brother in imperative is a sheriff.)
Wow- I forgot to tell you the most important thing. Once you enjoy decided to come, you can't go back for 24 months- no exceptions. If you walk back to England, you won't be allowed to enter again. I found this out the hard way when my uncle died and I couldn't run to his funeral. And another thing- if you marry an American girl like I did, it still doesn't mean that you can stay. Next month, I am scheduled for my biometrics, (fingerprints, voice and frontage recognition, etc.) in Orlando to prove I am who I say I am. It is so degrading, but it is worth it.
The best entity to do-which I didn't- is e mail the consulate and they will tell you. There are so many Mexicans that own jumped the border and been living here for years without citizenship. I met a man from Manchester who have lived here for 20 years and is still living here.
So basically, there are 2 ways of doing it. Go the legal route and income the money to lawyers and the government- which I strongly advise if you have the money. Or come over on a 2 week ticket and lately not go back. You will need an address surrounded by Florida for where you are staying. This is important.
However, I really think you should rescue up the money to stay for a month out here, and then decide. It is not paradise over here, and near aren't many jobs. I moved here in October, and I am still irrelevant to work yet. I live next to Orlando, and we have in recent times finished the t storms. Trust me- it is not sunny every day. We have amazing thunderstorms and you might have to evacuate where on earth you are due to hurricanes. But if you want more info, e mail me and I will tell you. Source(s): I met my wife on yahoo answers-I flew over here and now I am staying!
Well thank you for the nice words
Maybe go to work for and international company and work for them in the U S
