Can my MIL be my sponsor (affidavit of support for relatives base visa)?

My husband doesn't make enough to sponsor me, he is out of a job at this moment, but my MIL does and she is predisposed to sponsor me, but can she? Or does it have to be my spouse? This is a family/ marriage based visa.

Second put somebody through the mill, can the documents be filled out with pen, or does it have to be bursting out on the computer?

Thanks!

Your spouse has to sponsor you. However, your mother-in-law can co-sign the affidavit of support.

All immigration papers can be jam-packed out by hand.
Yes your husband's mother can be a sponsor. My mom was a sponsor for my husband when he was adjust his status. We filled out the application on the computer but I'm pretty sure it can be done in pen also.

Good Luck
Yes, your MIL can be a co sponsor for the Affidavit.

You can fill out the forms either by pen or by computer.

Both your husband and your MIL has to wallet I-864 respectively. And include the letter of explanation that your MIL is Co-sponsor.
