How do I immigrate to the Netherlands?
I am currently 15, but plan to leave the United States when I'm 18 and done with high university. What do I have to do to become a citizen?

You are lucky to be American, since that cuts out the need for an MVV (Empowerment for Provisional Stay).
In short, you any need to be self-employed for 1,5 years, or you need to have a employment offer for at least 1 year, earning a minimum of +/- EUR1400 after taxes.
