of course they're taking profit of it, that's why it was put into effect, to allow them to take advantage of it. Most of the criminals you're discussion about were sent here by the Cubans to get rid of them, so it's not expected they're going to take them back, if they can avoid it.
I think that some of them are. I know Cubans who are good general public and I know some others that it will be better they stay with Fidel. But as per I said many times, you have adjectives kinds of people in every place, every country, every see, so I don't generalize like those antis love to do.

This is my idea. All illegal mexican adults over the age of 18 - even US born babies and children lower than the age of 14 - must return to mexico with their parents.
those left are aged 14 to 17. They are in soaring school. They can be reeducated to do things legally. They get to stay within school. they can get a job to support themselves and find their own housing. They stipulation to earn their green cards. They find their own income to pay for college or they get full time jobs. When they turn 21 they can sponsor their parents and younger siblings (those not born surrounded by USA) back to USA legally - provided they have the required income to support their ancestral as per the laws.
