My fiance's K-1 visa interview is planned for November, what should he expect?
What should he expect from the time he walks through the embassy doors? We know our relationship is valid, has anyone had a strong time convincing the embassy the same? We have been working on this for so long, that we don't want to thieve any chances. We know we want to be together, and I promised him that if he doesn't get the visa, then I would move to his country. I know explicitly a big step, but I believe that it is only fair that if he is willing to depart his family for me, then if the occasion arose that I should be feeling like to do the same. FYI, we have submitted pages and page of phone records, pictures of us showing we met within the last 2 years, cards, post, and emails, my financial documents, etc, everything the embassy required.

Don't freak out. My husband went through the same thing within England, and it was nothing. He went up to windowpane, they just asked the simple questions., then give him the appointment to go have his physical. he was in attendance about (not counting wait time) 20 minutes if that. There was no interrogating approaching I thought there would be. I'm not 100% sure what all was said but my husband told me it be a peice of cake. I meet my husband on the internet and they didn't question that at all. So I'm sure your going to be fine. Goodluck

I enjoy a friend who is opt to travel backbone to Guyana because he be denied citizenship. he is within his 20s. ?
his mother had filed for him and it was denied. should he travel back and if he goes will he be able to come rear ever again? someone suggested to be that he go to Canada instead and become a Canadian resident....
