I-130 Visa Approval/Change of Status?
My wife entered the US on a J-1 Visa as a nanny through the Au Pair Program. She left the program right before we married. Right after we married, we begin the process for the I-130. In the process I found out that her status was terminated, but showing she legally entered into the US. We be told this happened because she left the program. Since then we've have a baby boy. Recently we recieved the approval notice for the I-130. What is the next step? Will her status affect anything at this point? I would contemplate if it did we would have been told before getting approved. I do own a immigration attorney I have found to use if I need to. Should I?

The first step should have be to file I-130, I-485, I-765, I-864 and G-325A all at the same time, surrounded by the same envelope.
She would have had her work authorization in 90 days and green card interview in about 4 to 6 months.
