i need to get a green card asap im trying to leave by the finish of december.

depends on your current status, we was more or less surrounded by limbo for almost 3 years waiting for our stuff to be sorted out, you do NOT even have enough time to file for an emergency travel document, which again would depend on your current status as to whether you would be eligible for one.
If you are illegal stay in your own country. Why are you going away? Maybe because you are a felon? We have our prisons filled with illegals very soon and we foot the bill . I can't go to your country and get a job,so why give somebody a lift someones job here.Go home and make changes surrounded by your government.

Having an immigration attorney (which is positive btw) doesn't speed up the legal process in ANY way.
You hold to go to have to come up with the change, paperwork done, a medical and state physical, biometrics, pictures taken, fingerprinting, interviews etc.
All this with an immigration attorney and this is done for the first 9 months.
