I am stupid. I didn't know that my employment authorization card has expired. I thought my employment authorization card was valid for a year but it was 10 months I didn't know it for 2 months. Now I'm outside of the US but when I reenter to the US, would it be a problem? IRS...
Can anybody detail me whether i can remain surrounded by u.k as a company and afterwards amend into a tier 1 dependent status.?
No. Visitor visa status cannot be changed to any other visa status. You need to go back to ur home-grown land & apply for Tier 1 Dependant visa from there. Good luck.
