Brother canada immigration as soon as possible?

08 month before i land in vancouver as new immigrant. now i am irredeemable residence of canada.
my brother whose age is 30 year he has also applied thier immigration process from pakistan 6 month before. he is Master in commerce.immediately a day canada immigration case process time is 3 to 5 years from pakistan i want to bring my brother as soon as possible.can i make the process time short surrounded by any way? can i sponsor my brother on my permanet residence status.advise from all of my friend

There is a bit of a backlog, but it should be faster.
You could sponsor your brother if he is under 18, or if you have no other eligible relatives as defined here:
"You can sponsor:
* parents
* grandparents
* brothers or sisters, nephews or nieces, granddaughters or grandsons who are orphaned, below 18 years of age and not married or in a common-law relationship
* another relative of any age or relationship if none of the above relatives could be sponsored, and you have no other relatives who are Canadian citizens, persons registered as Indians lower than the Indian Act or permanent residents and
* accompanying relatives of the above (for example, spouse, partner and dependent children).
