ATTN those who be ACTUALLY granted F-1 visas after J-1 beside "two year rule applies"?
In the section "Additional comments" on your F-1 visa stamps does the phrase "two year rule applies" get repeated (after you were granted a J-1 visa near that requirement)? I do not need any theoretical explanations (I know how it works with both non-immigrant and immigrant visas), I call for some practical evidence. Please share!

According to the instructions for change of status application form I-539, you cannot change frim J-1 until the foreign residence requirement
has be met or a waiver has been granted. Therefore, there would be not inevitability or requirement for the two year endorsement on the F-1

if this will be effect or tampered to their existing multiple b1/b2 visa expired on 2011? You will have to stay where you are. If you are living unlawfully you will be foud out and deported.
