Does it upset you that job are taken from Americans?
Companies and universities in the United States are hiring people from other countries. These culture come here on non immigrant work visas and work for these companies and universities for 20k to 30k less than their American counterpart. After the petition is up, the company the files for the worker to become a permanent resident and continues to wage less than they would have to for an American. This is keeping Americans from getting jobs. These job are not just jobs people don't want any. These are jobs in the computer, engineering and other decent field. Just a good way for businesses to save some money at the cost of keeping Americans who are qualified out of their desired position. Hire American.

yes its so frusterating. no offence to anyone im not racist but it is frusterating that if we Americans can't procure our own jobs its not like we would go anywhere else if you dont speak another oral communication fluently. it's frusterating but then again you never know the other persons situation
If an American can prove that they are a great asset to a company they shouldn't have a problem near hanging on to their job. When an employee complains adjectives the time and likes to sit on their butt and talk on the phone or play on the computer thats when there is a problem Personally I dont cogitate they hire the undocumented people only because of pay. Not simply will they get the job done good, but they don't usually complain and are other willing to lend a helping hand.
It's sad but true, but where on earth I work there is a clear difference, black and white, how the undocumented work and how Americans work. The undocumented outshine us Americans everyday.

Yes!! for example black & Decker shifted their operations to Mexico they use to pay an American an average of $15 dollars an hour, now they are paying a Mexican $15 a daytime to do the same job...all those americans be laid off!
My husband had trouble getting a raise end in Mexicans kept accepting a job for half of what my husband made!! This is crazy....how are Americans suppose to keep the cutback strong when foreigners are devaluing our worth as American workers?!
NO! job are given to the person they think can do the job better, not with the sole purpose because they are immigrants. By them coming here to work, just keeps the companies contained by the US, and not overseas. Outsourcing is the wost that can happened to the US.

Yes, it is basically the destruction of the American workforce and the pay amount we have worked hard to achieve. Importing workers, allowed and illegal alike, exporting jobs, declaring workers unskilled via credit history etc... anything they can to claim we are not qualified to work contained by our own country!
Actually it doesn't because your analogy is not always true. My wife works for a very massive engineering firm which pays it employees very well. They cannot attain enough qualified applicants to fill their required positions. So they do hire some of these types of workers and pay them comparable wages to what any American would be remunerated for the same position. I work in the technology sector. My company experiences the same issues. The simple reality is that there are not always enough qualified workers surrounded by a given area to fill the required positions, but the jobs must still be perform in order for the company in interview to function.
What upsets me is companies who hire illegal workers and pay them rock bottom wages for positions that Americans could and would gladly permeate in return for adequate compensation for the work performed.
