Problem crossing US border from Canada?
I had some trouble when I crossed US border today from Canada. An
asshole officer really gave me hard time. He be questioning me why I
was getting a Canada immigration visa while I am applying for US green
card. He was really pissed sour my intention to immigrate to US not
pure. I explained to him that my wife was currently living in Canada.
He just did not acquire it. He was threating me that he would personally
notify whoever issued me AP and make sure that I am not getting it contained by
the future. It made me a bit nervous. I questioned him too if within
was any regulation proventing me applying for other country's
immigration while I was applying for US green card. He said there be
not one. I wrote downed his name as well. anyone encounter this kind of situation in the past?

What you are doing right now is all right. However, you will not be able to be a land immigrant in Canada and a permanent resident of the U.S. at the same time. You're going to hold to make a choice. You cannot live permanently in two places.
The CBP officer is allowed to ask you any question which have a relationship to your entry into the U.S. As you presented an Advanced Parole, he is performing his duties correctly when he asks you questions about the underlying application for ongoing resident status. Some people obtain their AP by fraud, and he was merely checking you to trademark sure your application for adjustment of status was genuine.
A CBP Officer at the port of entry has widespread latitude on whether or not to let you in. You have no "right" to enter the United States. He can ask you any and adjectives questions he feels are pertinent.
If you feel he disrespected you later you should complain. My guess is that nobody will care, but that's another thing.
It does sound fishy that you want to immigrate to two different countries at like peas in a pod time.
