?what programs exist to turn to work to USA or Canada?
I am chilean and I would like to go to work to one of those countries. thanks for your answers.

The job loss rate in the U.S., and Canada is fairly high, and I know of no programs that are contained by place at this time for general work.
There may be some for specialized workers, Trades people or medical, however you would have to contact an embassy to find out what they are.

Have a level in something ?
If you do, you need to find out someone who sponsor you to work in the States... it is reasonably complicated..
What I can recomend you is Canada they have a lot of programs for profesionals to immigrante ... (Look in your consulate/embassy).
