USA and CUBA, my girlfriend wants to leave the US and there are some regulations which does her not allow to move the USA for 1 year because she just entered the US and gets adjectives the benefits etc... IS there a way for her to leave the country? She is my girlfriend and I come from Europe, I have an argument with her family and I had to move off her there and this hurts and all she wants is to be beside me, it was not a good decision to move to the US and we regret it truly, and now we are in a distance rship and we do love eachother and are together since 1 year now. Please any suggestion what to do?

She will not be welcome anywhere unless she works hard and pays taxes.
She have just been given the right to live in a clad country and now is keen to move else where.
Why dont you bring back the right to stay with her.....

Why don't you rejoin her in the USA? Just ask her to move to a city away from her parents and she can still tap into the benefits. Don't verbs about the "leech" comments designed to insult her and you. The USA owes Cubans (and Hawaians, Pueto Ricans, etc.) billions for what they did and their payment for Guntanamo is peanuts. It's just payback time.
