Extradition Britain to Ireland?
Do you think someone who is extradited wil get a fair baggage?
Are there chances of conviction more likely as extradition have happened as authoritys have spent alot of money in the process,or do some inhabitants get extradited questioned and released.
I think what i am trying to say aloud is do people only get extradited when a charge is put to them or can they be extridited to furnish information questioned again ect.

The usual thing is for people to be extradited to frontage charges. If it is just a matter of questioning, the Irish police would commonly ask their UK colleagues to carry our the interview, or they would send a policeman over to the UK as they cannot extradite simply to ask questions. Basically the authorities will not extradite unless in attendance is a pretty rock solid case against the person involved, so if you are under threat of extradition, it may be assumed that you are due to frontage a fairly serious charge of which the Irish authorities are pretty certain that a conviction is likely.
To receive someone extradited, authorities have to prove there is a case against them to be tried surrounded by court, or prove the person has already been convicted and is a "fleeing felon." Either road, no extradition for fishing expeditions or "questioning." There has to be a pretty solid case formerly they file an application for extradition. If a matter is still surrounded by doubt so much that further questioning should happen the next step by police would be any to liaise with police local to the person in grill, who would put the questions to them on behalf of the investigating force or, and this is how i did it, the police would travel to the country and ask the questions themselves.

If a person, is suspected of having an involvement surrounded by some way, and the police have enough "grounds" for an arrest after extradition will be applied for. The UK and Ireland are Catagory 1 countries in terms of Extradition treaties, already put in place to lessen the legal proceedings should your question occur.
