Our government at work! They will investigate the **** out of him but adjectives she has to do is yell abuse and they are kissing her *** and refuse to investigate! This con has been going on since they passed the VAWA! Americans get screwed and against the law (making false accusations is illegal) aliens get served on a gold platter! We obligation to vote out the idiots in Washington, State Capitals and our city and towns. We need GOOD people within political office who will stand up for America and Americans! I feel your pain. The opposite happen to me! My ex sent my Green Card back and then came to me and black mail me for Child custody! WAVA is a loophole for women so even foreigners can rob the American men for child support and even for their cars and property with lame ***/bogus restraining orders! In california Family courts they encourage women to enjoy a restraining order when they file for divorce! No kidding they are selling their product approaching a sales person!! I saw a lady getting a restraining command on her ex spouse who allegedly beat her in another country more than 10 years ago with no police report and jurisdiction! Damn! It's not OJ simpson who cause this it's Uncle Sam who thinks it's more profitable by stiring up the economy and the middle class! On my temp. restraining order she said I be a muslim who will take "our" daughter to Turkey and raise her with muslim traditions!! which is bull crap because I be working for Christian Church at that time!! I was not arrested or committed any crime! And I was banned from seeing my "own" child for 5 years plus have firearms and bullets while anyone can buy a big butcher knife at the 99 cents store. That is pathetic Uncle Sam! You try to make populace look bad and make them feel doomed to failure and force them the get f'ed over. Honest father's and families suffer because of your scam. A very similar incident happen to a friend of mine, he married a girl from Thailand as soon as she moved here and recieved citizenship she left him hanging. Beware guys marry a good old-fashioned american girl there are plenty of them. Those contemplating marriage to someone you met over the Internet or have one and only know briefly....let this poor guy be your wake up call.
