Can I come rear to the US after have a tot as a Visitor?

Hi, I have this question. I had a tot in the US as a Visitor. Now I am abroad and I'm planning on spending the summer in the US. But, some nation have told me that if I come back to the US with my infant, the immigration officer may take my visa and deny me the entrance. Does anybody know anything about this? They are advising me that someone should transport the baby for me and I should enter alone. But, as far as I know I didn't violate any law.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Having a child who is a US citizen makes you an overstay risk! Therefore you will almost certainly be denied entry. If you are with the child or alone make no difference. It is that you are an overstay risk because of the child.
If you have not overstayed the last time and can prove to the immigration officer at the point of entry that you will not overstay, here is no problem. (BTW, this applies to everyone entering the country on a B2 visa)
If you have a baby in the USA, the baby is entitled to American citizenship at age 18 as long as you hold a birth certificate verifying that the baby be born here.

Having said that, you immediate visa status in not affected. If you own a tourist visa (which includes the baby) you would be allowed into the USA without problems. The immigration authorities do not know (or care right now) that the baby be born in the USA and, until the baby is 18, there is not issue to debate.

The single thing you have to be sure of is that both you and your baby hold the necessary tourist or visitor visas to enter the USA. I would not even bring up the issue of the baby's birthplace since it means zilch until the baby is 18 and can apply, with the birth certificate, for a US passport.

You own not violated any law. Just be sure, by contacting the US embassy in whatever country you are, to verify that both you and the kid are covered by a valid visitors or tourist visa. The place of your baby's birth is not an issue right now, and maybe never if your child never wishes to apply for an American passport.

They will not rob you baby away from you in any case. They would singular refuse you entry --- and not even that if you have the necessary visas.
Gosh, what a load of junk...

Whoever told you that has no notion what they are talking about. Just come through as you normally would.
Having a baby within the US automatically grants the baby US citizenship.
CBP is concerned about the possibility a parent of a citizen child might plan to enter US and stay illicitly.
Proving ties to your nation strengthens your claim you only intend to visit the US, so does your departure prior to your visa lapsing on your previous visit.
No one will embezzle your baby.
