Filipina bring back pregnant surrounded by New Zealand, Australia and Japan?
I want a specific answer in every country on what will happen if a filipino woman will get pregnant within these countries? what are the remedies to retain their jobs or stay in the countries. What are the laws available to read on the internet around it? Thanks

Getting pregnant and giving birth in Australia will not give you any right to residence or citizenship. The child has automatic citizenship if its father is an Australian citizen or PR beneath the principle of jus sanguinis.
The same applies in New Zealand except that the child gets citizenship if the father is a New Zealand citizen or PR or an Australian citizen.
I believe that Japan adheres to impossible to tell apart jus sanguinis principles so that the child only gets Japanese citizenship if it has a Japanese father. Again, the mother have no right to citizenship or residence because of the child.
