Can someone deported from one country enter another?

A friend of mine was deported from the U.S. and sent back to Mexico. As "punishment" for living here illegally, they are not competent to enter the U.S. for 5 years. A page in their passport was also stamped with a "Expedited Removal Order" stamp. They are very soon looking to go to Canada legally to study, work, etc. Would my friend be allowed entrance to Canada even though they are a U.S. deportee??
Answers:
i can imagine it would be harder to gain a visa. However Canada is a separate country with its own laws, different to the US so it is possible unless they have a policy that doesn't tolerate deportee's from other countries in.
no,your friend will not be capable of enter Canada or basically any other country,
as far as the passport loss old trick? it does not work, too many enjoy done this, his name is entered in a computer and it will not disappear,
besides? how will he prove his former residency being illegal in the US?
it will be clear that he cannot account for the years lived in the US.
Highly unlikely.
Once you hold violated the laws of another country, very few countries are willing to allow you entrance to theirs.
Tell your friend to use some common sense and 'lose' his passport. The replacement will not have the stamp and that will be the ending of the matter. The Canadians will never know as they do not have access to US deportation records.
It is almost impossible to enter a different country once you are deported. All you can do is try though.

Your friend got bad easy with a five year ban. Usually it is for ten years.
