I guess that would depend. It would be easier than file for the K-1 visa...however, when it came time to file taxes, you couldn't use her as a dependent and you will have adjectives kinds of issues with her having no social guarantee number. How do you get her on your insurance? She can't work, you will have to support her 100% AND if the government catch on, she could be deported. You could be fined and or imprisoned, especially if you encouraged her or helped financed it surrounded by any way.
The answer is: for a while -- yes, but in the long run you will create huge amounts of trouble for both of you.

Well, it certainly wouldn't be cheaper. USCIS is still cheaper than any coyote and you wouldn't have to worry around her getting locked in the trunk of a car left on the side of the road contained by the middle of the desert, which has certainly been particular to happen. Plus smugglers sometimes like to go for double or nought and kidnap the person they've brought over the border until they get deeply more money. That has also been known to crop up. So, let's just say, there's an element of risk involved. No distinctive risk to filing the paperwork and waiting for them to process it, but it does take time. So, I guess it depends on what's more important to you and how adverse you, and your fiancee are to risk.

If you really love her, just apply for the visa. As long as you are a US citizen it shouldn't give somebody a lift that long. You can always go to where she is and marry her, afterwards get her here.
Of course it would be easier that way. Then after she is deported and banned from the country for a minimum of 10 years, much of which you will be spending contained by Federal custody, maybe you will be able to get her a visa at closing.
