I'm talking service similar to the CCC in the 1930s to (re)build our nation's infrastructure.
This would, of course, be contingent upon strict enforcement of our border deposit so that we don't have a new flood of illegal immigration.

Nice opinion, but I don't think these people are going to sign on. We had three Cubanos move within next door several months ago; now there are between 13 and 20 contained by a 2-bedroom apartment at any given time. The crew rotates. I wish they'd rotate back to Cuba. Some of them are at least working- for one of those companies prearranged to hire illegal aliens! Same for the Mexicans across the street. I enjoy always been open to the Idea of an "American foreign Legion" yes. Its obedient business, just like the Irish did during the civil war they be integrated faster because they had bled and earned land and money and respect for helping us save the union together.

They would swot English, earn money, get their citizenship and then be let wager on into the workforce as able bodied, English speaking, quality trained individuals............and not just picking pears for the rest of their lives........theyre here anyway

He will also be registered to be taxed and be a legal patriot.
