Canada skilled workers immigrate?
If i file for the canada skilled workers and my marital status is single and then I bring married, will my spouse be able to join me

you touch and fall in love with someone
you marry that being
all whilst the application is being filed,
what are the likelihood of the spouse being able to join you when you do win granted the skilled workers visa?

if you are single when you apply, then you must be single when you are approved and land. If you do get married then you MUST tell CIC that you are married, wage extra fees, fill out the forms for your wife and have your new wife added to your application.
This will motive a delay - possibly as much as one year.
I have heard several stories of nation applying as a single, getting married anf NOT telling CIC so when they landed as married they were denied. The other story is if they land saying they were still single and then tried to apply for a wife, the marriage ceremony date meant they got married before he be landed, so he gets deported for fraud.
Sorry, but getting married does not entitle you to just bring her along close to that.
Are you aware that Canada has a backlog of nearly a million applications to work through? Your application alone will take anywhere from 3 to 5 years.

my brother got send to county jail for a minor misdeamor and we post it a bond to release him..but immigration put a hold on him so he is in a minute with homeland security..what is the next step??..is his first misdeamor..he go to school and pays taxes is there anithing we can to stop his deportation??does he at least carry to see...
