If you dont get get the SS Card contained by the mail ... allow 14 days
go to any office taking the SS5 form next to you
Its not usual for them to miss it ....
If you are over 18, it will be sent to you automatically provided you ticked that box on the immigration forms. It will be sent separately from the green card though as immigration and social security are two different agencies.
If you are under 18, you will need to apply for it surrounded by person.
