Illegal Immigrant Student Help?
Hello.
I entered the United States at the age of 8months under my mothers British Passport, Legally.
We are over stays, we have stayed beyond the given 3 months.
I am currently 17years antediluvian.
I have a British passport, no stamps, no green-card.
I have a Social Security card, with a stamp on it that say its not valid for work, but its over the SSC number.
I am a normal student, doing good, clean copy, A+ Certified, Copper Cabling Certified, Cisco Certified.
Have been living in the Bronx NY for all my life span, and on my way to college.
Is there any hope out there for me to purchase any legal citizenship, or green-card, or a drivers license?
I just want to live my life as a rule, I personally have done nothing wrong.
My younger sister (age 15) is totally fine. US Citizen, she be born here in America.
My parents are both illegal.
What can I do?
Thank You so much for your help.

All is understood.I will get thumbs down to no end for axiom this but I think UK and US residents should have free rein going each passageway. I am citizen of both.
But the reality is you have no recourse and there is nil you can do. At this point all you can do is make sure that you are out of the US by 18 1/2. If you pass that benchmark you will be screwed and ceiling or cancel out every option.
You must go back to your own country in the past you are 18 1/2 years old without facing a ten year ban if you hang around. You can then apply for a student visa and come back legally. If you loaf until you are older, you would face deportation and not be allowed back for at tiniest ten years.
This is the only way you can achieve the things you want out of vivacity.
Your parents are to blame for your situation.
Under the present law, there really isn't much you can do for the moment. Since your sister is an American, she could eventually file immigrant petitions for you and your parents, but first she'd have to be 21, and the petition she file for you would take 11 years before it became valid for use, so that's no solution for you. You won't know how to change to any nonimmigrant status in the US. If you eventually married an American, you would be able to adjust to immigrant status if she file immigrant papers for you, but since you're 17, that would seem to be a ways off as well. For very soon, there really is no solution.
All should go home, apply rightfully, and return on your British passport.
Resolved Questions:
