Refusal Stamp on Passport?
I was recently refused entry to the UK and get the black stamp on my passport (I had my school papers with me and they thought I be going to work in the country). I have a trip in October to France OR Spain and be wondering if that would hinder my plans at all? I asked this before, but wondered if Spain would be any more nonjudgmental.

my experience contained by Spain is that they care very little about anything, HOW EVER if they do check you passport toughly and find that stamp they might might not own to act on it... not sure about the stamp it self, i only know how within general the attitude of officers
maybe report your passport stolen and capture a clean one !! it might be worth the $100 investment ! or at least rip that page out if you can : )
I do not think a previous refusal stamp from another country would be a celebration basis for another refusal. I do not think you should rely on the lenience of the country, it always depends on the officer. You should tender it a try since that stamp will stay in your passport and then? It does not mean you cannot travel anymore.
The Schengen Agreement does not only enable free travel through central Europe. It also enable the exchange of data between the participating states in the Schengen Information System (SIS). Although the United Kingdom does not apply the Schengen open border policy, it still take part in the SIS. Your entry refusal to the UK will be noted by French and Spanish immigration officers when you present your machine-readable passport. Expect to be refuse entry to France and Spain, regardless how often you present this question on Y!A.
