How can I complain in the order of evil immigrant working surrounded by a big company?
I have a family member who works as a contractor for a big company within New Jersey, she has been a temp for 3 years and just just this minute they took the few hours she gets a week in favor of some illegal immigrant.
I think this is unfair due to the fact that she have always been legal and we as a family unit love and honor this country.
how can I complain without affecting her employment in total.

Do they flaunt them as illegal, or are you just gifted beside knowing these things? I hope she gathered a large amount of data while she was there! The more info she can appendage over to ICE, the better. Have her call the ICE Hotline and follow up with a letter reiterating everything. Provide doesn`t matter what documentation she was able to photocopy and smuggle out while she worked, her notes, doesn`t matter what she's got. The ICE website has the Hotline phone # and addresses for regional office where she should send her follow-up info.
Second, go the Human Rights Commission for the jurisdiction (town/city/county) where on earth she worked and file a complaint for "discrimination on the basis of national origin" and that the employer discriminated against American citizens/your ethnic basis & hired illegal aliens of X ethnic origin in betrayal of the law and in violation of your human rights.
Third, HRCs are repeatedly biased themselves and only rep certain groups (non-white, non-citizen) so stand your ground because this is a legit complaint and there is valise law -- so there are precedents that firing a citizen/LPR & hiring an illegal within their place IS discriminatory and actionable! But if HRC gives you any flak, go to the state Dept of Labor, the state Attorney General, and the state overseeing body for the local HRC and start making waves. Copy everything to your Senators and Congressional Rep. You will eventually attain compensation for the wrong done you (back wages, maybe penalty or damages on top of that).
Be uncompromising. Stand up for your rights. This never should have happened. Let's do what we can to ensure it doesn't happen again.
Oh leave those damn family alone. If it were someone legal there would be zilch you could do and if they work just as hard as the next soul then don't be mean.
Also if she really wanted to procure them in trouble she could do it herself.

How about minding your own business and just do the work you are rewarded to do! That's the same reason why companies higher illegals, they merely work without making complaints or demands. Maybe you should learn from them.
