Yeah it does. If they bring caught the are deported. If they end up leaving and this Immigration authorities notice that they overstayed, next they are not allowed back in the country, evn if on a three month waiver pgm (like for usual holidays) for a period of a specific number of years I do no remember but I think is 2 or 5.
