If an banned immigrant stole your identity?
and you found out about it, would you hunt them down and have them punished to the fullest extent of the law? even if at hand wasn't a monetary gain? i would, how about you? your thoughts?

Yes I would; just like I would a LEGAL immigrant or; a U.S citizen for that matter. Identity mugging is identity theft and I don't care one wit about the status of the entity that commits the crime. If someone breaks into my home and is threatening to do harm to myself or my family, I promise I won't ask for a green card before I shoot them. So knock it sour with the dumb questions already. Tell me; Does it matter to you? Absolutely. I would do everything surrounded by my power to make sure that his person was found and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the directive. I would also try to make sure that they got deported. We don't need culture like that in this country.
What if an illegal stole it be no different than it being stolen by anyone else, legal or unauthorized.
Stealing and using ones identity has only one purpose and that is to hide their own. What happens while and after they are using it is another subject.

If I found out that an illegal stole my ID and i knew who it be, yes i would hunt him/her down and steal it back. Then I'd flatten all of the tires on his/her car, and bring as much costly damage to him/her as possible with out getting caught of course. Because if i did the police would undoubtedly side next to the illegal. You see, bad karma draw more bad karma. Or what go around comes around.

A mother and wife of a illegal alien cannot get medicaid because her husband is not of legal status. For ex: wife and husband enjoy serious health issues. But because husbands doesnt have social security neither can receive help nor recieve benefits. The wife is a Us citizen is this fair? It's unfair and inhumane! they are human beings...
