Is Immigration Law More Important than My Love Life?

I married in UK with the girl I love and applied for extention of stay but missed my visa expiry date by one day. My ultimate visa day was a sunday. I applied the next working sunshine but the Home Office refused my visa by saying that I applied one day in arrears so I have to go back and I don't enjoy a right of appeal.

This is so cruel. Laws are made to help the love prevail and families grow is safe and immobilize environment. But this law is creating serious hindrences in my love with my wife. I can't dance back because the political situation of my country is getting worst every day and there is sign of getting visa any time soon. Secondly, I don't hold enough money to buy tickets to go and come back and also to apply for visa from my country and for other costs.

I own never been illegal or did any illegal feat in UK. I love my wife and I love UK and can't leave both at any cost.

What can I do to stay in UK in need leaving?

I wish to keep on working within UK to pay for my basic needs similar to, rent, food, bills etc, how can I do that because being an overstayer I don't have right to work?

Alas there are lots of relations who have flouted UK law.

And alas people approaching yourself are victims of other people taking the piss out of the UK's liberal laws.
I think you can stay contained by an airport terminal.... I wouldn't give a **** about the law, love is path more important than some ** law trying to keep you apart
Yes. you are not above the law.
Your fault. You missed it by one day. No ones error but your own. Laws are laws and are meant to be followed by all. Yes the law are more important than your love life.
Yes
I'm sorry about the situation you're contained by, but visa laws are absolutely more important than your love life span.
IS THIS SOME KIND OF WIND-UP QUESTION??

LEAVE.
Yes.
Listen mate, f@%k the imperative. Just stay here and blag it. Lousy immigration laws shouldn't keep couples apart.

As far as I'm concerned you're welcome here!
In short... Yes
Imsorry but i reckon you should have hand in your application a few weeks before rather after wait for the day it ended. I have 2 years on my visa, but not a day went by when i didnt think of when i have to send mine in for extension! I started putting my paper work together months within advance!

You might have just get your self into a problem that you could have easily avoided!
Sounds less like a business of love life, more a matter of life within general to me!

I don't know what country you're from, but would it really be THAT impossible for you and your wife to spend some time there? I'm sure you'll be allowed to reapply for a visa after some time. I have a friend (from the USA) who be deported from the UK and banned from entry for a year. After a year she applied for a visitor visa and they gave it to her no problem.

Whatever you do, DON'T budge illegal. You'll be caught sooner or later and then they'll embargo you permanently.

If the situation in your country is really as dangerous as you influence, is there a chance to apply for asylum maybe?

Or, (I don't know where on earth you're from) do you need a visa just to visit the UK? Cos if you don't consequently maybe you can leave the UK for a short time, shift to Ireland or Netherlands or something, and come back as a visitor and try to apply for settlement again. But if you need a call on visa then forget that one.

I hope you find some solution, this sounds like a really terrible situation.
No one is above the statute. Surely you must have known that you apply for a new visa BEFORE the aged one expires. It's your own fault, I'm afraid.
