Can a green card be revoked?
if someone is already illegally staying in the U.S., then find a loophole surrounded by the immigration law and obtain his green card in his original country, will this person's green care be revoked once his illegal status is revealed?

Yes, any fraud is grounds for revoking his green card. Even if he gets US citizenship, and then the fraud is discovered, his US citizenship will be revoked.
