Ever hear of this regulation for illegals?....?
I heard about a law that in reality helps illegals stay here legally. Ok, I don't know the entire law, but here is the gist of it,
An iffy alien can accuse a legal citizen of a crime against them, and they will get an automatic 4 year visa for them and their entire extended nearest and dearest. Whether or not the citizen is found guilty or not. Ok, now who believes that this will open the door for many false accusation? I heard about it on a Denver, Co. talk show, near is a 70 year old man in Grand Junction, CO. that was accuse by a family of illegals of sexual assault on their children. The illegals immediately applied for this 4 year visa. This 70 year old man is crippled, and be accused of holding down 3 girls. He lives in an all latino neighborhood, and is the merely person of another race there. By the means of access, the talk show host is finding an attorney for this man.

No I haven't, the reality they are illegal does not automatically mean the man is not guilty. That would be for a jury to decide base on the evidence. I do not believe it will open any doors, why would it unless it is brand new?
It was enact 8 years ago so if there was going to be a flood of "false accusations" it would have happen long ago.

Yes, there is a visa out there for crime victims. There are many ways to cheat the system or cadence the system, and as I have loads of illegal alien experience, I know it's all just about them. They may act like the innocent, but give them a coincidence to cut your throat for a free pass in and they will do it.

I an no legal expert, so unless I am the only one to answer this I do not want the ten points. However surrounded by todays sickening Politically Correct, give criminals everything they want society , I would not doubt it one second that this is a "real law'. And there will be ethnic group who will tell you and me "How dare you say this shouldn't be so, they have rights too".....Well in actuality they should have "No" rights as long as they are here illegally.
I have see stories similar to this in the past and it drives me crazy. I am sure this elderly man is not physically capable of doing anything they influence he did. But since he is an "old white man" that probably dislikes all the illegal individuals in his area, and they know about this decree. They are going to use him to not only get a free stay but to get him out of the neighborhood as resourcefully.
One could argue with common sense that if they WERE NOT HERE ILLEGALLY IN THE FRIGGIN FIRST PLACE! Than this Law would not be necessary would it?
I'm sure the framers of the law have good intentions by allowing trespassing and concomitant SS fraud for many in command to prevent violent acts of just as lots usually multiple offenders. However, they forgot that La Raza attorneys will find all kinds of loopholes and methods to capture as many illegal immigrants staying surrounded by this country as possible. This includes credible documentation of fabricated cases.

Yes. Many women are using this "law" by accusing their spouse of domestic violent behaviour. Many innocent men are being accused just so the dishonest can stay here using this loophole.
