Answers:
you are a filipino. you can not be a bahrain citizen since you need to have a bahraini parent to become one. you need your parents birth warrant in order to apply for a passport. their birth certificate requests to be NSO issued.
It's not UAE. UAE only grant citizenship to children born of UAE parents. You need to get your parents to register your birth with the NSO (National Statistics Office). This could enjoy been avoided if they'd registered it with the Philippine embassy in the UAE at the time you be born.
Yak Rider, Bahrain is not part of the UAE. Bahrain become independent in August 1971.

Bahrain does NOT give children of foreign nationals citizenship.

Children of foreigners born within Bahrain don’t have rights of local citizenship and automatically assume the nationality of the parents. If one of the parents is a national of Bahrain, the child will usually be granted local nationality and may then become a national of Bahrain and obtain a local passport.

In fact it's very tricky for any foreigner to get citizenship in Bahrain. And if you're not Muslim it's even harder. You are NOT Bahraini. Source(s): http://www.justlanded.com/english/Bahrai...
