Two foreigners living within the UK enjoy a child ...?

and neither want the child to have British nationality and instead the child gets Polish residency despite only ever living in Britain. Are there any draw back to never having British citizenship since EU citizens have full rights here now? What are the long-term implication here if generation after generation remains foreign within Britain?
Answers:
the problem is nearby are so many people here in the uk this little island is sinking.
your child will hold polish nationality
can you imagin what would happen if every pregnant woman got surrounded by the car drove from where ever in euope they are basically to come here and have the baby, just to bring back british nationality.

no way no way what is wrong next to the polish id any way
be proud of your own identity and stop messing with mine.
I'm not surprised Polish parents would not want their child to be 'British' - read some of the stuff that appears contained by this section

If someone can get dual nationality it can be adjectives and British/Polish nationality is allowed.

for a child to get British citizenship (see link) the parents must be 'settled' here - I 'm sure I read somewhere that it must have be for 3 yrs before the child's birth but I cant't find this bit on the UK borders agency site (no surprise there) or become settled

in terms of implication - citizenship or not, the child will always have Polish 'immigrant' parents and for some people will allways be 'a bloody foreigner', 'coming over here taking our jobs', 'economic migrant', 'scrounger' etc, etc
You would need to contact the immigration Advisory office. (Number below) Advising on Immigration is significantly complex and there are lots of facts to be considered. i don't see any drawbacks since poland is a part of EU. u can still travel with ur passport within all the european countries, u can live in england, so there shouldn't be any problem.
We can see what the long occupancy implications are.

When the Angles, Saxons and Jutes came over from northern Germany/Denmark, they acted like they owned the place, and never go away.

These days, they call themselves the "English".
if the foreigners are not LTR trial residents of UK then the child will have the mothers nationality.

the long occupancy vision you speak of, wont happen because the next age group will most likely marry legal British citizens thereby automatically giving UK citizenship to the third (and continuing) generation of children.

Now the lone way your vision will happen is if every classmates keeps going back to poland to find a polish spouse. I dont see that happening.
So one child equates to age group after generation? Mmmmmm...........So am I an Englishman with a 500 year bloodline or a Norman charlatan? annexation. I don't want to scare anyone.
