Does the birthcertificate entail to be translated?

I am adjusting the status of my husband, and I already have the USCIS forms I need. But I be wondering when I send his birth certificate from Mexico, do I need to translate it?

Yes, it does need to be translated.

Also, consider getting an immigration attorney...some things may look straight-forward but if you omit any one little thing next they can deny his application.
