What paperwork do I have need of for my Chinese husband to immigrate to the US?
My husband and I were legally married in China for a time more than a month ago. While at the marriage bureau they tried to sell us English documents about us getting married. One be called something like a Certificate of Marriage License and there be another one that sounded almost like the same thing but cost a bit more. Do I have need of to get one of those or is the Chinese government issued "red book" marriage license virtuous enough?
We've already talked to a lawyer but haven't hired her because we aren't prepared to go to the States yet. I've heard that he have to enter the US within 60 days of receiving his visa, is that true?
Is there a website about this information other than that on the main government trellis page? I would like information that is not in allowed jargon so I can understand it.

Just shift to the US embassy /state department web site. I can answer some of your question sense my wife is chinese. You will need a translation of the nuptials book, this is the certificate of marriage. Yes once you have a visa he have 60 days to enter the USA, then once he has his green card he can leave again but must come posterior for 1 day every year.Best thing I can tell you is bring everything the ask for at the Embassy plus everything you enjoy extra. Its a long road to complete but will GO easy if you prepare early. Good luck

its usually 6 months not 60 days
You need to folder I-130, I-864 and G-325A.
You don't need a lawyer. That's a complete waste of money.
If you live within China, not as a visiting tourist, but actually live there as an American expat you can report these forms with the a US Consulate in China. This significantly reduces the processing time. It will run about 6 months.
If you are not living in China you need to come subsidise to the USA and file with the USCIS office that covers the nouns of your residence. It will take about a year.
You need complete English translations of adjectives the documents you file.
Once the visa is issued he must use it within 6 months.
