I do not know. By law, autoctones or First Nations can move free between Mexico, USA, and Canada. That's why surrounded by the 3 countries they have a special ID card delivered by the 3 governments. As for Central America I am not that sure. I hope they can move free and come to Mexico, since copious of them are Mayans. They have a very intresting culture and deserve the respect and the guarantee of Human Rights. They've been trying to. The indigenous Indians within Mexico recently gained a victory - the capability to VOTE. I bet half these posting on here didn't realize the Indians in Mexico weren't allowed to. They weren't recognized as CITIZENS. Many have been U S A citizens or had relatives who were and have been deported during the depression. They were people lacking a country.

Indigenous yes, and here in Mexico we don't deport Indigenous, because they have protection to human rights and Mexican law in the 1° article to our constitution.
We only deport people how try to enter illegaly to United States, for that foundation we have a fight with Brasil, we start to ask for visa to brasilians because they be the number 1 foreings trying to cross Mexico for enter illegally to United States.

Mexico very strictly enforces its immigration law. Anyone caught entering illegally could be shot, and if not killed, will spend a long time contained by prison. They don't just "chase you back where you come from." They deport anyone crossing their southern border without permission.
