How would cracking down on illegals affect our discount?
I work for a major employer 100k+ that employs through fair practice immigrant that have valid visas, not even nessesarily citizens. My question is if more was done to crack down on illegals and consent to americans have the jobs, in these times, would it assist or hurt our economy? I have seen info in which the costs of dealing with people that are not our own are explained..medical for example, and the numbers are staggering, not to mention the loss surrounded by tax dollars or the drain in the economy due to adjectives the money that is sent south. If you go to any major city that deal with a major percentage of non-citizens you can tell almost apparently by looking at your surroundings what is going on ie... amarillo texas. My examine is simple, and 2 part. Would cracking down on illegals boost the economy because americans would assume the jobs, or would it lay indisputable sectors to waste for the simple fact that at hand is not a "warm body" there in proclaim to meet production demands, and produce the products that we have all come to love....and the prices we enjoy come to expect?

The above website will answer all of your question.
Illegals will do work for far less what you and I would demand for payment. If you cracked down on illegals, some of these job would probably go unfilled, since people appear to think they need $12 to do janitorial work.
First of all, if they deported all illegal immigrant, that would just give us thousands of vacant job that nobody wants and more U.S. companies struggling in these bad times. Americans don't want to pick oranges, onions, and watermelon 14hrs a hours of daylight and in brutal temperatures, especially in Arizona. So the answer would be NO! it would not depart up jobs for Americans.
Second, it would be devastating to our economy to deport them all.
1. There's the cost to do it!
http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/09/12/deporta…
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- It would cost at least possible $94 billion to find, detain and remove all 12 million people believed to be staying illegally surrounded by the United States, the federal government estimated Wednesday.
2. There's the cost to employers!
http://www.usatoday.com/news/washington/…
WASHINGTON — The government's plan to crack down on illegal workers could cost employer more than $1 billion a year and legal workers billions in lost wages, a study commissioned by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce says.
3. And the over adjectives affect to the economy!

If the 8.1 million undocumented immigrants who cut lawns, bus tables and complete other jobs disappeared overnight, the nation's economy would lose nearly $1.8 trillion in annual spending.
Texas, the second-hardest-hit state after California, would lose 1.2 million undocumented workers and $220.7 billion contained by expenditures.
ALL LEGITIMATE REPORTS FROM WASHINGTON, AND THE PERRYMAN GROUP........not lies or made up stories.
It would squirrel away tax paying citizens millions and there would be less crowding. Neverless, hospitals and public school would be better off. Our borders need to be secured and our immigration laws enforced.
When I hear cracking down on illegals, it means a concerted effort to remand everyone in the US who doesn't enjoy a legal right to live here. That's about 12,000,000 people, something like 4% of the United States population.
It would cost billions of dollars to arrest, house and deport all these people. It would cost companies a lot more as wages for low-skill job would have to go up. Food prices would rise considerably. They pay sale tax, and contribute to our economy even as they send remittances final home. While police agencies tackle this immense situation, everything else goes on hold.
The social cost would be considerable. Do you think that Los Angeles would not hold riots on a scale not seen in more than a century? The rest of the southwest - Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico enjoy large Latino/Hispanic populations - I can't imagine that they would just adopt it.
In short there would be winners and losers. I think that the losing would far outweigh the champion.
LOL I would focus on outsourcing, yes, those CEOs who drive airplanes and laid you off to convey your job to India, Mexico and Philippines.
get the picture?
There are 11.6 million unwaged persons in the U.S. In an astonishing coincidence, there also are an estimated 11.6 million wrong immigrants in the U.S. Of course, the jobs held by lots of the illegals were not sought by U.S. citizen or legal immigrants even in the past unemployment started rising.
If all the illegals were to disappear overnight, nearby would be a huge increase in labor costs for those industries which have been employ them. That would translate into huge cost increases for the products those industries provide. There would be an enormous negative impact on you and me and every other consumer in the U.S.
The other huge unenthusiastic economic effect would be that millions of angry, jobless Mexicans would be living right across from our border. That would inevitably create political, economic and criminal instability that we would have to promise with.
It's funny how people believe in free market, except not for labor. Source(s): http://www.bls.gov/news.release/empsit.n…

Prices would go UP, and I am not sure that any of those saying that yanks would do the job will come to take those jobs
It would unequivocally help our economy. Our produce prices would likely stir down, it's supply and demand. In addition only 2% of illegals in fact work in the fields so it wouldn't be an issue.
let me think... more job for Americans and less people leeching off American taxpayers..... it might abet
tateheg...is right on the money.
That is what is going on, and more.
Some companies have an inside man, import illegals, providing false identification and it all looks on the up and up and no one is the more wiser.
Honestly there is no easy answer to this question. You pointed out them costing money within medical field. However studies have shown it's not as bad as it may give the impression of being or has been displayed upon. A chunk of immigrant uses false or made up ssn. It takes in the region of 3 months for social security to follow up on that issue. That accrued to about 15 billion contained by unclaimed tax surplus for IRS. I heard this news on the NPR around 2006. However nearby is a solution that might be more effective. No I am not talking about amnesty or mass deportation. The 12 millions or so could settle up a fine of $300 a month for individual filing and $500 a month for family based filings for seven consecutive years. They could be categorized as H7B visas which scheme after seven years of paying this fee they could apply for a green card provided they do not have any criminal history or diseases like AIDS or TB. Do the math and that's a right chunk of money. However prior to these make sure the border security is tightly enforced with radar, infrared and other mandatory equipments/manpower. In that way we could avoid terms like mass deportations or amnesty. They enjoy done something wrong and we are a nation that could over look this matter should that fine be paid. Hey they are getting the benefit of living in this great country and see how capitalism works. :)
Not sure, but the cost to get your roof repaired would turn way up
LOL...Oh, when I read your question I thought "Illegals" oh, you're talking about the crooked CEOs of these companies. You be talking about Illegal Immigrants from the readings within your questions. LOL We need to get rid of the CEOs, in reality the crooked CEOs have a lot to do with allowing those immigrant you're talking about in our country to work for them for cheap. Really cheap, underneath the minimum wage. Guess what else? LOL Those Immigrants are taking that money and building up Mexico with that U.S. Dollar because it's worth way more than the Peso. See, it's like this, rich America is using Mexicans, consent to them come over so they can work for us for under minimum wage. LOL (Jokes on them-the Mexicans) Mexicans, say o.k. we work. They send money spinal column and invest in Mexico, and feed families, it's 3 times as much money(at most minuscule!) They put it back into Mexico and their people! LOL (Jokes on Americans) There you have it. Greed breeds greed and the prank falls on the person who got greedy first, which was rich America.
