Work contract for house wife surrounded by Bahrain?

Any one knows the rules for getting work permit for house wife in Bahrain? Also, want to know roughly speaking the procedures for cancellation of family visa and moving to employment visa. Is there any problem if husband and wife are on different employment visas?
