How long does it bear to process h1b and h2b visa contained by the philippines?

i live in the philippines, and i was wondering, how long does it usually take to process h1b, and h2b work visa here surrounded by the philippines? both have different requirements so im guessing both also have different processing times. does anybody know?

first you need an employer to sponsor you for a work visa. here is really no way of knowing how long since they do a lottery for the visa. if you are lucky, you can get yours the same year but except it will take years. you just hope for the best and at the same time expect for the worst. right luck. ingat kabayan. Getting the visa in the Philippines is the second step in the process. The first step is getting an employer to sponsor you and then waiting for them to file a petition. Since at hand are more people who apply for H1bs than there are available visas, then within is a lottery in April each year when the winners are special. however, the petitions aren't valid until October 1. So, that process alone can take up six months or so, assuming your petition gets past the lottery. As for H2bs, they also require petitions, and at hand are quotas for them as well, and H2bs are like tourist visas, just because you apply you won't necessarily carry one. If they think you aren't likely to return, you'll be rejected.
