I be born contained by a foreign country, how do I capture a certified NY birth permit?

I was born in a foreign country. Unfortunately, because of this, my birth certificate is within the foreign language and isn't a NY certified certificate. However, you need a certified birth permit to get many other documents. How do I get a certified birth ticket?
Answers:
You CANNOT get a US birth certificate if you were not born within USA. EVER.

Translation, yes you need your birth cert translated onto english by a CERTFIED translator
What you involve to do is find a company that is certified to do a literal word to word translation of your foreign birth certificate. These places are used to translate hundred of documents into English.

You did not say what discourse the birth certificate is in but if you call the embassy of that country they will be capable of recommend where you can get your birth certificate translated into English and own it certified.
You can't get a NY birth card if you were born overseas.

You will need other documentation to show who you are: for example, naturalization certificate, social warranty card, driver's license.
Try contacting the embassy or consulate of the country in which you were born, and ask them if they can facilitate you get a certified translation of the birth certificate. Source(s): Just guessing.

I don't regard as you can. A birth certificate is done based on where you are born. Look into citizenship papers or something along those lines.
department of records?
You need to go to the country of your birth and have someone within Translate your Birth Certificate, and then you need it to be Attested by a Local Notary in your country of Birth, afterwards by the State Department and then by the Local Embassy of your country of Birth in Washington DC.

I had to bring my papers attested and notarized for work in UAE once. (US English to Arabic)

Best Option will be to contact the Embassy of the Country of your Birth may be they have some service to help you.

Good Luck!
