Are the present immigration law see bias? Made to protect the white majority?

50 to 100 yrs ago, when europeans where the main immigrants it be much easier to get into the country. "America welcomes all" Today the majority of immigrants are colored society, and the laws have changed to keep them not permitted and blame them for every problem we have.
Answers:
most europeans are quite beaming to stay where they are. They already live in first world countries. there is no involve to move.

most asians, hispanics and africans are desperate to leave their poverty stricken countries so that is why they emigrate.

that is why here are far less european applications than there are asians//latino/african applications.

Now if USA is discriminating against the non-white people, later that is USA's problem. Canada allows people of all race and colours to enter and live here.
The present immigration laws are EASIER than surrounded by the past.

How would you like to obtain reference and doctor notes before coming here? Also, deloused, immunized, and question about all of your past? You would hold had to show PROOF that you are non-alcoholic and healthy, and capable of working, and definitely no mental issues in your family history.

In the past, nearby were also actually certain race banned from the US. So, everyone now actually have it easier than in the past. Know your history.
Yes. There is a vast, secret white people conspiracy... we adjectives meet once every 4 years in a massive underground bunker hidden contained by the Austrian Alps to plan another four years of oppression and degradation of non-white peoples... that is until Indian Jones messed it adjectives up...

Anyway you are wrong... when my Scot-Irish ancestors arrived here in the 1920s and 30s they were looked down upon by the people already living here, much similar to immigrants today are looked down on... their conditions were much much more difficult than the conditions faced by the average immigrant (legal or illegal) of today... immigrating have always been and will always be difficult and alien immigrants will always be initially disliked and resented by native populations and even elder immigrants...
Please tell me how the "laws have be changed to keep them illegal"..

the laws have NOT be changed, as a matter of fact they have not be enforced.

Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)

"Any person who . . . encourages or induces an alien to . . . reside . . . knowing or in negligent disregard of the fact that such . . . residence is . . . in violation of tenet, shall be punished as provided . . . for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occur . . . fined under title 18 . . . imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both."

Section 274 felonies underneath the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:

* assists an alien s/he should possibly know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or

* encourage that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or

* consciously assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.

Penalties upon conviction include criminal fines, imprisonment, and forfeiture of vehicles and material property used to commit the crime. Anyone employing or contracting with an illegal alien in need verifying his or her work authorization status is guilty of a misdemeanor. Aliens and employers violating immigration law are subject to arrest, detention, and seizure of their vehicles or property. In addition, individuals or entities who rivet in racketeering enterprises that commit (or conspire to commit) immigration-related felonies are subject to private civil suits for treble damages and injunctive nouns.
The illegal ones are already breaking the US laws by being over here. Why would we want more ruling breakers here? Ones that are illegal should stay illegal since they came over here bent. I don't think it has anything to do with color. Many endorsed Americans have the same opinion on illegals weather they are black, white asian or doesn`t matter what. The influx of European immigrants came during the time that the US was undergo its industrial period. Immigrants were invited to fill the involve for workers.
Since 12-20 million illegals have flooded our borders, we are full. No more unskilled workers are needed nor are they welcome. Things constantly change.
You really, really need to open up a history book formerly asking an assumption laden question like this.

Laws don't blame "them" for every problem we enjoy (although its interesting that you think so).

Please define the white majority.

Have you considered the impact of unions on the current state of the immigration law?
No. There weren't as many people next as there are now and the majority of the country is not white and even Hispanics are European ( Spanish). They are not true Indians-There are REAL Aztec Indians still alive and they speak their OWN language ( not Spanish)

.Immigrants enjoy always been blamed for problems. Irish people be discriminated against and they are white.
Jewish people were and are discriminated against and even enslaved and they were white.Scotts be discriminated against in the United Kingdom.During WW2 even German immigrants ( who are white) had to live within communities where they could be watched closely by the Govt.A lot of Hispanic people look white.

I hold a son who is Hispanic and white , I am against illegal immigration because , all other countries have law against Illegal immigration and not only that but my ex could come and snag my kid and run back across the border if he so chose.Actually he seems to want nought to do with his son and says that his son is " too white" hm-mm , but I am white and if our son is a mix.Who is racist here?
No. Actually American law have changed to increase the number of immigrants allowed to enter.
Illegal aliens are a different story. No. Look around you,we have immigrant of all colors and we let in more race than all other nations combined.
Absolutly ! And ?
